We want Razzmatazz to be an inclusive and respectful venue where all you have to worry about is enjoying the music, discovering new trends, dancing, socializing and having a good time. We are committed to the fight against harassment and discrimination.
Sala Razzmatazz adheres to the "No Callem" protocols of the Barcelona City Council and "No Passem ni una" of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and has a collaboration agreement with the Observatory Against Homophobia - OCH, through which the entire Room staff receive specific training to prevent, detect and act in the face of any type of sexist or LGTB-phobic violence.
We also have an Equality Counselor, in charge of qualified mediation personnel and managed by the OCH, to intervene in the first instance in any situation, as well as a registered nurse to assist you with your case.
Anyone who feels harassed or assaulted or who is feeling unwell can contact any member of our security team, bar personnel, cloakroom attendants, ticket office, cleaning, etc., who will notify the Equality Counselor. She will remain by your side and the action protocol will be implemented, with the mediation of the venue managers, the security team and the venue's qualified nursing staff, in a safe, friendly and isolated space.
The Equality Counselor will listen to you and inform you of the following steps according to the protocol established per situation.
If you find yourself in any of these dire situations, please let us know immediately to activate said protocol and, where appropriate, identify the alleged aggressors and turn them in to the corresponding authority. You can also reach out to us and tell us about a previously experienced situation even after it took place, if it was impossible to notify us at that particular time. You have at your disposal the following email address [email protected], and the phone number + 34 93 320 82 00, receiving calls during office hours. We will help you in every possible way.
